Visibility is a stance.
In social institutions, hospitals, and care facilities, people do extraordinary work every day. Especially those who are rarely in the spotlight: kitchen and support teams. They create structure, safety, and dignity – not through grand words, but through routines, scents, taste, and reliability.

Why visibility matters in 2026
Our society is facing major challenges: a shortage of skilled professionals, increasing pressure in social professions, and a growing distance between institutions, families, and the public.
Visibility counteracts these developments:
- it strengthens identification and pride among employees
- it builds trust with families and relatives
- it makes quality tangible – beyond numbers and metrics
- it shows that humanity is a value, not a cost factor
The project “12 Faces of the Kitchen” – a sign for 2026
With the competition “12 Faces of the Kitchen” , visibility becomes concrete.
People from the kitchens of social institutions tell their stories – through images, recipes, and words.
Visibility begins with participation
- 2026 will only become a Year of Visibility if many help shape it:
- institutions that show their teams
- professionals who share their work
- partners, media, and supporters who carry these stories forward
Visibility is a shared responsibility.
Let’s not simply let 2026 begin.
Let’s shape it.
As the Year of Visibility.
