Writing a post about my impressions of a four-day conference is not easy.
When I applied, early this year, I had – despite my experience – a great deal of respect for the process.
I knew I was bringing a valuable innovation to the labour market, yet there was still a sense of unease.
After months of waiting came a positive surprise: Not only were our Opinion initiatives found interesting, but I was invited as a speaker!

What followed was truly remarkable.
The precision of the organisation, the attention to every detail, the professionalism of the team – absolutely fascinating.
Around 80 speakers, more than 800 participants, and dozens of exhibitors.
Four days without a single moment of confusion or uncertainty.
Of course, it was impossible to attend every talk I was interested in, but the ones I did confirmed my direction.
I received validation for my strategies and formats.

– We must change our personal attitude toward health before we can expect anything from “the system.”
– The paradigm shift was not only part of my own lecture – it was mentioned repeatedly by others, together with the growing responsibility of local communities.

Although medical topics dominated, I found it especially inspiring to hear from the chief physician at Audi, who presented their Health Calendar – a perfect bridge to our own Support Calendar for kitchen staff in hospitals and care homes.
The Daimler contribution on international and intercultural experiences of their employees added another strong dimension to the discussion.

Still, the most emotional moment for me came during my presentation –
the genuine attention and respect I received from German military doctors was truly moving.
