RUMED 365 ARE CONVERSATIONS THAT CHANGE DECISIONS

Daily

The 16 aspects of the second opinion

We structure communication in a way that considers 16 aspects of the second opinion. This creates an exploratory environment in which in-depth discussions are possible.

The sixteen aspects of a second opinion open up different perspectives for examining complex situations.

Through regular discussions and dialogues, experts and members connect as they work together on concrete situations and challenges.

Every day, we open up new perspectives that change the way decisions are viewed.

RUMED 365 – DURATION AND STRUCTURE

Value is not created in a single encounter, but through rhythm, repetition and the deepening of topics from different perspectives.

RUMED 365 runs throughout the year. Participation is scalable: from open daily access, through structured package access, to privileged individual access.

Different formats allow the same problem to be observed, understood and shaped through several stages.

Global coverage

RUMED 365 is open to healthcare professionals from any country. In its development phase, the program is primarily focused on German-speaking countries and the countries of Southeast Europe. In its initial configuration, participation is available in English, German and Croatian.

Interactive groups require a minimum of 6 participants.

Protected anonymity

Havatar identity protection provides a safe space for open discussion of sensitive issues without unnecessary exposure to reputational risks and misinterpretations.

Protected anonymity applies across the different forms of participation in RUMED 365.

Participants can join moderated conversations and dialogues as needed every working day and ask questions in written or spoken form.

This form of participation enables continuous contact and support in situations that arise during everyday work.

For needs that require more structured and in-depth work, three time-based packages are available:

One-time, one-day – 8 hours
Quarterly, four-day – a total of 28 hours, 7 hours every three months
Year-round, twelve-day – a total of 60 hours, 5 hours each month

The packages enable the gradual deepening of topics and personalized support in line with the individual needs of participants.

Privileged individual access builds on open daily access and structured package access through individual work in the form of:

Mentoring
Sparring

It is intended for situations that require a more intensive individual approach, continuous follow-up or the exploration of specific professional and personal issues.
